The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado has proposed revisions to its Local Rules and Local Forms and has posted its proposals for public notice and comment in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 2071(b). The proposed revisions, a redline of proposed revisions, and a summary of revisions are available on the Court’s website at https://www.cob.uscourts.gov/local-rules. The proposed revisions will take effect December 1, 2021, assuming final approval.
