You can request certified copies electronically. Within CM/ECF, go to the Miscellaneous Category and select “Request for Certification of Document (fee)”. No pdf file is required; it is a text only entry. The event allows the requestor to select up to three documents in one case. The requestor must specify the document number(s) and name(s). There is a prompt to include a recipient email. Court staff will send the certified copy/copies to the email provided by the requestor. An $11.00 fee per document will be charged.
For Individuals without filing access
Certified Copies can be requested by going to the “Electronic Services” tab and selecting “Online Payments” and following the instructions listed in that section.
