The CBA Bankruptcy Subsection and the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Districts of Colorado and Wyoming are co-sponsoring a telephonic brown bag lunch with the Chapter 13 Trustees, Assistant U.S. Trustees, and Bankruptcy Judges to discuss questions and operational procedures during the pandemic, as well as the impact of the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security Act (the "CARES Act").
