The Judiciary has received reports that some creditors are being contacted by a company called Public Digital.  This company is sending letters and emails offering to file a proof of claim for a one-time fee.  This offer may be misleading.  You do not need to pay anyone to file a proof of claim.  Creditors can file a proof of claim for free using our official online tool, ePOC, which is available on our website at https://www.cob.uscourts.gov/proof-claim.  Creditors should contact the Court with any questions or concerns.
