Upload a Document

Upload a Document is a service that may be used if you do not have an attorney, to upload documents to the Court as an alternative to mailing or bringing documents to the courthouse. You can upload documents for a new bankruptcy case, or in an existing bankruptcy case.

Handwritten signatures are required on all documents.

Documents will be processed by the next business day, and new bankruptcy cases may not receive a case number until the following business day. If you have an emergency filing, please call 720-904-7300 or chat with us during normal business hours.
