Out of State Practitioners

In accordance with L.B.R. 9010, all attorneys must be registered and in good standing with the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. The U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado does not allow pro hac vice admission.

Contact U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado directly to begin the registration process. Requests for e-filing accounts submitted prior to admission will be rejected.

To become an electronic filer in Colorado, you must submit a request through PACER. Your request may be processed faster if you send an email with your name, address, bar number/state of issuance and e-filing experience to training@cob.uscourts.gov.

NOTE: Standard e-filing accounts do not include the necessary permissions to initiate an adversary proceeding. Please contact us if you anticipate opening a new adversary proceeding.

The Court reserves the right to suspend e-filing privileges for attorneys if it determines further training is necessary.
