The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado is pleased to notify Colorado bankruptcy practitioners the “Tenth Circuit Bench and Bar Conference” will to be held at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, Colorado from September 5-7, 2024. The Conference will bring together judges, practitioners, academics, and legal experts to discuss a myriad of important legal issues. The Conference includes some bankruptcy programming, specifically on the topic of student loans. Most of the programs qualify for Continuing Legal Education credit.
