The Denver Bar Association presents free clinics to provide information for those who have filed bankruptcy without an attorney and those who are contemplating filing. The presenters are volunteers who are attorneys and trustees. They address issues such as credit implications, what to expect at the meeting of creditors, the role of the trustee, the duties of the debtor, and other important information.
