Bankruptcy Clinic

Volunteer attorneys from the Denver Bar Association will present personal bankruptcy clinics for debtors who have filed a case without the aid of an attorney and for debtors who are thinking of filing a case without the aid of an attorney. These clinics will be presented by trustees and consumer bankruptcy attorneys, and will address such issues as credit implications, what to expect at a meeting of creditors, the role of the trustee, the duties of the debtor, reaffirmation, discharge and dischargeability, adversary proceedings, and other crucial information.
