2013 LEGAL INFORMATION CLINIC

Presented by volunteer attorney members of the Denver Bar Association

Free Bankruptcy Clinic

Volunteer attorneys from the Denver Bar Association will present personal bankruptcy clinics for debtors who have filed a case and for debtors who are thinking of filing a case without the aid of an attorney. These clinics are presented by trustees and consumer bankruptcy attorneys, and address issues such as credit implications, what to expect at a meeting of creditors, the role of the trustee, the duties of the debtor, reaffirmation, discharge and dischargeability, adversary proceedings, and other crucial information. Attorneys will not assist with the completion of paperwork or provide legal advice. You should come to this clinic if you are considering bankruptcy and are unsure if you need an attorney or not to assist you with your bankruptcy case

No reservations are needed.  Please allow time for parking.  For more information, call the Denver Bar Association (303) 860-1115.
