<description>General Procedure Order 2012-6 makes a new Chapter 13 Plan form effective on February 1, 2013 (&lt;a href=&quot;/formsdom/Chapter 13 plan - final.docx&quot;&gt;view plan form in MS Word&lt;/a&gt;). <title>GPO 2013-1 - In the Matter of Adoption of Revisions to Certain Local Bankruptcy Rules and Forms (Chapter 11).</title>
<description>Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. &#167; 2071, Rule 83 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and Rule
9029 of the Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure this General Procedure Order is adopted to
make revisions to certain Local Bankruptcy Rules (L.B.R.) and Local Bankruptcy Forms
(L.B.Forms), and add to the L.B.R., pending their formal adoption.  This GPO will be effective February 1, 2013, it covers minor revisions to the Local Bankruptcy Rules dealing with Chapter 11 cases and creates a new rule and form when receivers are involved. Form B 10 (Supplement 1)(12/11); Notice of Postpetition Fees, Expenses, and Charges.
