The Bankruptcy Bar Subcommittee of the Colorado Bar Association sponsors a Quarterly Update of recent developments in bankruptcy law presented in conjunction with the United States Bankruptcy Court Judges for the District of Colorado. These sessions are open to all attorneys and are presented as a service to the Bar because "While in theory it is easy to presume that every single practicing attorney keeps abreast of every single one of this Court's decisions, in the 'real world' this obviously is not the case." Green v. Rock Laundry Machine Co., 190 S.Ct. 1981, 1997 (1989).
