Service of a motion to alter or amend a judgment filed pursuant to Fed.R.B.P. 9023
shall be on all parties named in the list prepared pursuant to L.B.R. 804(a), if any, or
as otherwise specified in Fed.R.B.P. 8004, and on all other parties to whom the judgment
and final order was mailed pursuant to Bankruptcy Rule 9022(a).
