United States Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Colorado
A motion for withdrawal of a case or proceeding shall be accompanied by payment of the
prescribed filing fee and be filed with the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court together with a
single copy of such other portions of the record as may be necessary for consideration of
the motion. The Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court shall refer the motion and record to the
Clerk of the U. S. District Court for hearing before the District Court pursuant to
Fed.R.B.P. 5011(a).
