When a debtor, trustee, or an attorney for either of them, files a proof of claim,
within the time limits set forth in Fed.R.B.P. 3004, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. 501(c), the
person filing the claim shall, at the time of the filing of the claim, file and serve a
notice of the filing upon the creditor and its counsel of record, if any, and the trustee.
The notice shall be in substantial conformity with L.B.F. 304, Notice, and shall
inform the creditor that a proof of claim has been filed for the creditor and it shall
also advise the creditor of the amount and nature of the claim. A copy of the proof of
claim may be attached to the notice in place of the statement of the amount and nature of
