United States Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Colorado
Written instruments or other papers filed with a proof of claim may be withdrawn on
motion of the claimant, if the motion is accompanied by legible photostatic or other exact
copies of the papers to be withdrawn. If such papers are negotiable instruments, the
originals shall be stamped with a statement that they were filed in support of a claim,
showing the name and number of the case and the date of the filing of the claim.
