Applications for appointment of professional persons pursuant to Fed.R.B.P. 2014 and 11
U.S.C. 327 may be granted nunc pro tunc as of the
date of filing of the application by the court exparte. The court
may require that the applicant serve notice of the application pursuant to L.B.R. 202(a)
on all parties in interest. Attached to such notice shall be a copy of the affidavit filed
pursuant to Fed.R.B.P. 2014.
