United States Bankruptcy Court
for the District of Colorado
Requests for continuances by the debtor with respect to the meeting provided for by 11
U.S.C. 341(a) shall be in writing and served upon the appropriate trustee prior to the
date and time of the scheduled meeting and shall not be filed with the Court. If the
request is granted, the debtor shall file a notice of continued meeting with the Court and
shall timely serve a copy of the notice upon all interested parties.
