Effective September 1, 2014, payment of all fees in person or through the mail must be made in the form of cashier's check, money order, or exact cash. No change will be made by the Clerk's Office. Please do not send cash through the mail. Additionally, parties and attorneys, other than debtors, may pay fees by credit card. Only attorneys may pay by check fees on an attorney's or law firm's preprinted check for items that are not filed electronically. All checks and money orders should be made payable to "Clerk, USBC"
