Local Bankruptcy Rules, Forms and Appendix Effective 12/1/2009

The bankruptcy judges for the U. S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado are pleased to post the Local Bankruptcy Rules, Forms and Appendix, to be effective December 1, 2009 for all pending and future cases. Many of the changes were precipitated by the enactment of the Bankruptcy Abuse Prevention and Consumer Protection Act of 2005, and with the grateful assistance of a rules revision committee comprised of bankruptcy practitioners, over three years of study have gone into the creation of these rules, forms and appendix.
