Welcome to the home page of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. We offer this service as part of our continuing effort to provide you with easy access to information related to the Court. Your comments are welcomed and may be sent to us by e-mail at: Colorado Bankruptcy Court. However, substantive documents tendered for filing in the official records of the Court must be submitted in writing in accordance with the established rules of procedure. The Court does not accept motions, applications, pleadings, claims, statements nor other documents via e-mail or facsimile; filing documents needed by the Court with a case trustee does not mean that they are filed with the Court.
