Colorado. We offer this service as part of our continuing effort to provide
you with easy access to information related to the Court. Your comments are

Colorado
Bankruptcy Court. However, substantive documents tendered for filing in
the official records of the Court must be submitted in writing in accordance
with the established rules of procedure.
The Court
does not accept motions, applications, pleadings, claims, statements nor other
documents via e-mail or facsimile.
The Bankruptcy Court Clerk's office has moved to the second floor of its current location. It is anticipated that we will operate out of this location until August 2013. You may still use the same mailing address of 721 19th St., Denver, CO 80202.
Starting April 22, 2013, we will no longer accept payments in our office over the counter after 4:00 p.m. You will need to lodge your payment and/or any documents in our after hours secured box on the first floor after 4:00 and we will mail your receipt and any other applicable documents the following business day, this INCLUDES payments for copies. Please note that court proceedings on CD must be paid for by credit card at the time the order is placed for attorneys and non-debtors, absent leave of the Court Clerk.
Hearings in the Rogers Courthouse. Due to construction in the Custom House, the Bankruptcy Court Judges are presiding over trials, hearings and status conferences in the Rogers Courthouse at 1929 Stout St., Denver, CO, The hearing rooms are as follows:

Reminder: The Bankruptcy Clerk's Office will remain in the Custom House at 721 19th St., Denver, CO 80202. If you are filing documents in paper, making installment payments or need information from the Bankruptcy Court Records section, you will need to use the Custom House address.
PLEASE NOTE ROGERS RESTRICTIONS: there are restrictions in Rogers on bringing recording devices/cell phones/laptops into the courthouse. Attorneys are encouraged to obtain permission cards in advance of hearings on bankruptcy matters where they want to retain those devices.

Recent Announcements and Court Updates:
New Claims Transfer Fee to Take Effect May 1, 2013 - Effective May 1, 2013, the bankruptcy courts will begin charging a new fee of $25 for each claim transferred. This fee was approved by the Judicial Conference of the United States at its September 2012 session. Please click here for more information.

GPO 2013-2 In the Matter of Chapter 13 Fee General Procedure Order. - This Order raises the presumptively reasonable fee allowance to $3600 as a total fee through confirmation (not including expense) as contemplated by L.B.R. 2016-3. It applies to cases filed on and after April 1, 2013.
