. However, substantive documents tendered for filing in
the official records of the Court must be submitted in writing in accordance
with the established rules of procedure. The Court
does not accept motions, applications, pleadings, claims, statements nor other
documents via e-mail or facsimile; filing documents needed by the Court with a case trustee does not mean that they are filed with the Court.
- The Court will be closed on Monday October 12 in observance of the Columbus Day holiday. Electronic case filing will still be available. Please plan your filings accordingly.
- Beginning Monday, November 2nd, the Court's hours will change. The new hours will be 8:00AM to 4:30PM for the intake and records counters, and 8:00AM to 5:00PM for phone calls.

ADDITIONAL DELEGATION TO THE CLERK OF COURT. - Following the comment
period and after due consideration of all comments received, the
revised exhibit was
adopted with a minor revision by the Bankruptcy Court Judges with the
concurrence of the Local Rules Revision Committee. Debtors and counsel may
use the form prior to April 1st, but it will be required on and after April

- Starting July 15, 2013, we will no longer accept payments in our office over the counter after 4:15 p.m. and we will be closing from 11:30 to 12:30 daily due to staff shortages. You will need to lodge your payment and/or any documents in our after hours secured box on the first floor during the lunch closure and after 4:15, then, we will mail your receipt and any other applicable documents the following business day, this INCLUDES payments for copies. Please note that court proceedings on CD must be paid for by credit card at the time the order is placed for attorneys and non-debtors, absent leave of the Court Clerk.
