Online Creditor Entry

The United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado has created the following interface to allow persons filing cases in the District of Colorado to create their creditor matrix online. Once you have entered your creditors into the system, the information can quickly and easily be accessed by the court when you file your case, eliminating the need for floppy disks, CD's DVD's etc.

Simple and easy to use, the creditor entry system will format the creditors automatically to ensure compliance with Local Bankruptcy Rule 1007-2APP (Local Bankruptcy Rule 1007-2APP).

Make sure you have the following information handy before starting:

  • Names and addresses of your creditors* including: Address, City, State, and ZIP code.
  • Last 4 digits of the account number (if applicable) with each creditor.


    • It is recommended that once you are finished you save a copy to your computer, USB or 'thumb' drive, or CD/DVD for your records. You will have the option to save it at any time.
