Instructions for Pro Hac Vice Admission |
|
As provided in L.B.R. 9010(b), an attorney who is in good standing of
the bar in any other state or of any other court of the United
States, but not authorized to appear in this court, may appear in an
action in this Court after he or she has been admitted to practice
pro hac vice. For your convenience, the following attachments are
posted below as .pdf files: Application for Admission Pro Hac Vice
and Proposed Order Granting Application for Admission of Attorney
Pro-Hac Vice. Authorization to appear in this court, in lieu of admission pro hac vice, may be achieved by completing an application for admission with the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and paying the associated fee. Once admitted to the U.S. District Court, there is no requirement by local rule to associate with local counsel.
