GUIDELINES FOR REQUESTS UNDER 11 U.S.C.§ 362(c), (h) and (j). - The Court has issued guidelines on matters related to the termination or absence of the automatic stay, requests for an extension or imposition of the stay or requests to determine that property is of consequential value. These guidelines likely will be incorporated in some form of a Transitional Local Bankruptcy Rule.
