Local Bankruptcy Rule 4001-2 governs requests under 11 U.S.C. §362(c), (h), and (j). If you are seeking extension or imposition of the automatic stay, termination of the automatic stay, a determination that property is of inconsequential value or benefit to the estate, or confirmation of that the automatic stay has terminated, you must follow that procedure.
