Order for Compliance with Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7026 (Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(f))
Once answers to a complaint have been filed with the Court, the Court will issue this Order which requires the parties to meet and file a report pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7026(f). Upon receipt of that report, the Court will either set a scheduling conference, if deemed appropriate, or issue an Order and Notice of Trial.
Note: Failure to file the report pursuant to Fed.R.B.P. 7026(f) may result in the entry of sanctions against the non-filing counsel/party. These reports should follow the same format as that set forth at paragraph 4.(a)-(g) of the Order.
Order and Notice of Trial Pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7016
(Fed.R.Civ.P. 16(b)
After the scheduling conference has been held, or after the Court's review of the parties' 7026(f) report, the Court will issue its Order and Notice of Trial Pursuant to Fed.R.Bankr.P. 7016 (Fed.R.Civ.P. 16(b)). This Order will outline various deadlines and procedures related to the trial, identify the final pretrial conference setting, if any, and the date and time of the trial.
